Pokémon world locations |
The Seabreak Path (Japanese: うみわれのみち Seabreak Path) is an extension of Route 224 that leads to the Flower Paradise, only accessible if the player has Oak's Letter. After declaring what the player is thankful to on the white rock on Route 224, Shaymin will appear from this path and the area will burst into bloom.
Geography
Seabreak Path has no notable geography whatsoever, being little more than a long path across the vast sea to the Flower Paradise. It is covered in flowers of many colors, and extends from Route 224's northernmost point farther north than Stark Mountain. Ocean surrounds it on either side.
Trivia
- Seabreak Path is the longest area not only in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, but in any main series game so far. With an area of 8192 square units, it would be impossible for a game from Generation III or before to support this path without dividing it into several segments. Because of this length, it is a good location to hatch eggs.
Name origin
Seabreak Path is so named because it breaks the sea between the Sinnoh region and the open ocean that lies to the east.
