The Iron Chunk (Japanese: てつのかけら Iron Fragment) is a type of item introduced in Generation VIII.

Effect

One Iron Chunk is required to craft a Great Ball, a Leaden Ball, and a Wing Ball, while two Iron Chunks are required to craft an Ultra Ball, a Gigaton Ball, and a Jet Ball.

Description

Games Description
LA A naturally occurring hunk of iron. Such ore is needed to make the requisite parts of numerous Poké Ball varieties, such as the clasp that holds the ball shut.
