Heart-Pounding Diary (Japanese: ドキメキダイアリー Dokimeki Diary) is the first opening song of Pokémon Horizons: The Series. It will debut in HZ001, replacing Aim to Be a Pokémon Master -with my friends- of Pokémon Journeys: The Series.

It was produced by Chinozo. The full version of the song was first performed during the Pocket Monsters Music Festival on March 31, 2023.
