(Japanese: ポッド Pod) is one of the three Gym Leaders of Sanyou City's Gym, known officially as the Sanyou Gym. He specializes in Template:Type2 Pokémon. He gives the Tri Badge to Trainers who defeat him, but only if their starter Pokémon is Tsutarja.

In the games

Pod appears in Pokémon Black and White as one of the Gym Leaders of Sanyou City's gym, alongside Dent and Corn. This gym is the first to be challenged by the player.

Pod battles the player if Tsutarja is the chosen starter Pokémon, using Baoppu to battle.
