Hyper Voice does damage.

Whismur. Whismur blasts an echoing cry, and from its mouth a beam of white and grey shockwaves rushes towards the opponent.

Exploud. A blue sphere is created in Exploud's mouth. The sphere is then launched at the opponent.

Wigglytuff. A white shockwave comes from its mouth.
