Overgrow (Japanese: しんりょく Fresh Greenery) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Seventeen Pokémon can have this Ability all of which are Template:Type2.
Effect
In battle
When a Pokémon with Overgrow uses a Template:Type2 move, the power will increase by 1.5× if the user has less than or equal to ⅓ of its maximum HP remaining.
Outside of battle
Overgrow has no effect outside of battle.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, Overgrow will deal double the damage if the Pokémon using it is below 25% of its HP.
