Maria Kawamura (Japanese: 川村万梨阿 Kawamura Maria) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon animated series.

Biography

Kawamura was born as Shigeyo Kawamura (川村繁代 Kawamura Shigeyo) on November 21, 1961, in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan, and became a voice actress as an adult. Kawamura has had various roles throughout the Pokémon anime, including the voice of Elite Four member Lorelei (Prima). Her most recent role was that of Fennel during Pokémon the Series: Black & White. She was once affiliated with Arts Vision, but is now freelancing. She married manga artist Mamoru Nagano on November 8, 1991.
