This card was included in the Neo Genesis expansion. In Japan, it was one of nine Unnumbered Promotional cards available in the Premium File, released on December 10, 1999. It was reprinted in the Chikorita Side Deck of the Japanese Intro Pack Neo.

Trivia

The Japanese Unnumbered Promotional print features the Gold, Silver, to a New World... symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the expansion.

Origin
