Witty Hit (Japanese: 攻撃時特攻アップ Special Attack Increase When Attacking) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Attack by one stat rank. The skill can range from Witty Hit 1 to Witty Hit 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of increasing the user's Sp. Attack. Witty Hit 9 will always increase the user's Sp. Attack (if possible).
The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including Buddy moves, but not sync moves or Max moves. The skill will act independently of the move's innate chance of Raising the user's Sp. Attack (if applicable). If the Pokémon has access to more than one Witty Hit skill, each will have a chance of activating independently of each other.
