This card was printed as one of the XY Black Star Promos, included in the Mega Aerodactyl-EX Premium Collection released January 3, 2016 exclusively at Target stores, released elsewhere starting January 20, 2016. The Japanese print was originally released in the Double Mega BREAK Set: M Aerodactyl-EX + M Mawile-EX + Luxray BREAK on November 20, 2015.
