The SVP Black Star Promos are a series of promotional cards tied in with the Scarlet & Violet Series of cards, which started with the release of the Paldea Collection, nearly two months following the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. With the introduction of this Series, the prefix used in the card numbering was removed, replaced with the addition of the SVP set code.
