Silk Trap (Japanese: スレッドトラップ) is a non-damaging Bug-type move introduced in Generation IX. It is the signature move of Spidops.

Effect

Silk Trap protects the user from any moves. Additionally, if Silk Trap blocks an attack that would make contact with the user, the attacker's Speed stat is lowered by one stage.
