Judgment! Arceus Advent (Japanese: さばきのつぶて!アルセウス光臨) is the third set in the Pokémon Tretta Ultimate series, and the seventeenth overall. It features 48 Tretta.
Information
Judgment! Arceus Advent features the Alpha Pokémon Arceus as the titular Ultimate-class Tretta, which has its signature move Judgment. The Djinn Pokémon Hoopa is also included as a Legend-class Tretta and is useable for the first time following the appearance of Hoopa Confined as a possible opponent in Challenge Battle mode from the previous set. The inclusion of Hoopa Unbound, Arceus, and the eight Legendary Pokémon featured as Master-class Tretta acknowledge the roles of these Pokémon in Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, released two days after this set's release.
Latias, Latios, Lucario, Salamence, Metagross, and Ampharos are again among the selection of eight Pokémon that can Mega Evolve in this set, with new additions including Beedrill and Aerodactyl. The Wish Pokémon Jirachi makes its Pokémon Tretta debut as a Secret Tretta, once again on a metallic yellow-colored Tretta. All regular Tretta in this set have a salmon pink color.
Six Search Mode locations were available from this set, with Beach present again and Waterfront replacing Ruins. All locations retain the summer theme present in Glaciate! Kyurem Assault.
Challenge Battle mode received an upgrade in Judgment! Arceus Advent, giving players the option to challenge four new Tretta Leaguers in battles with increasing difficulty. Tatsuya, the sole face of Challenge Battle mode since its introduction, can still be challenged as one of the higher-tier opponents. The details of each opponent are listed below. Players with Tretta Reports will receive a unique stamp on their Challenge Battle Stamp Card upon defeating each Tretta Leaguer, much like Badges in the core series. Players with Tretta Reports could also add the Legendary Pitch-Black Pokémon Darkrai to their Extra Attacker roster through repeated play.
