In Japan, this card was released for Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in June 2005.
Trivia
Origin
Razor Leaf and Swift are both moves in the Pokémon games. Sceptile can learn Swift via Move Tutor in Pokémon Emerald (and later, Pokémon Platinum), but not Razor Leaf.
