* The Cerulean Gym (Japanese: '''ハナダジム''' ''Hanada Gym'') is a located in the [[Kanto]] region
* '''Koffing''' (Japanese: '''ドガース''' ''Dogars'') is a {{type|Poison}} Pokémon. It evolves into {{p|Weezing}} starting at level 35. It is classified as the "Poison Gas" Pokémon and has the Ability {{a|Levitate}}.
* Specializing in {{type|Water}} Pokémon, the [[Gym Leader]] [[Misty]], gives the {{badge|Cascade}} to deserving {{pkmn|Trainer}}s. Her sisters, [[The Sensational Sisters]], also initially gave the badge to Trainers in the anime.
* It is #109 in the National Pokédex, #115{{tt|*|114 in Generation II}} in the Johto Pokédex and #108 in the Hoenn Pokédex. It is set to appear in the extended Unova dex in {{2v2|Black|White|2}}. Its Fiore, Almia and Oblivia browser numbers are: 089, 187, 045 respectively.
* Cerulean Gym features an indoor pool, which players may travel across using pathways or traverse using a Pokémon with {{m|Surf}}.
