Karsten's Ampharos
Ampharos
Ampharos was first seen at Valley Windworks when Marnie came to bring Karsten his lunch he had forgotten. Suddenly, Team Rocket tries to steal it. Ampharos then used Thunder which quickly got rid of Team Rocket but ended up damaging the wires at the power plant in the explosion.

After Karsten fixed the turbines Ampharos powered it back up again with an Electric-type attack.

When Paige was carried off by the wind Ampharos attempted to make a shortcut by using Thunder Punch on the boulders in the way, which didn't work.

Ampharos's known moves are Thunder, Thunder Punch, and Flash.

Trivia

  • Karsten's English name was never mentioned. It was only seen via closed captioning. Another character of the day with ties to the Valley Windworks, Benjamin from Gone With the Windworks!, also had his dub name only shown via the captions as well.
    • Coincidentally, they both have Electric types as their only known Pokémon.
