The Eevee Bio-Engineering Scheme was another project for Team Rocket in Pokémon Adventures. The project was to allow Team Rocket to have a weapon with the skills to make Vui to evolve and devolve freely among its evolved forms without the use of evolutionary stones. It was also genetically modified to have unstable DNA. The project failed when Red was able to heal the Eevee's emotional trauma and it permanently evolved into Espeon.
