Pokémon is awesome!!!
Hi! Welcome to this user page of me! I am been a HUGE fan of Pokémon!!! Surprisingly, before I became a fan I didn't like it very much and was UNINTERESTED! It all started on Christmas, I got a GameCube! I was excited about the GameCube but not the Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness game that came with it. I thought "I just won't play it." But one day my dad said, hey let's play it and so I tried it and realized it was AWESOME!!! My dad loved it too. We played all the way through but my dad lost interest when we came to Orre Colosseum, claiming it was "unbeatable". Even when I loved Pokémon, I was uninterested in Pokémon cards!!! Until one day, an acquaintance of mine who did like Pokémon said "Here." He gave me a card. "Parasect". I was suddenly filled up with incredulity! Luckily, that same day after school I was going to my friends house and he gave me over one hundred of cards he had copies of. I now have a huge binder full of cards. It is terrific!

More GAAAMMMES!!!!!!
After XD, I had Pokémon Ruby. My friend (the one I got Pokémon cards from) always told me about his LeafGreen game at recess and it sounded so different from XD I thought "I should get a Game boy game. It would be a new experience with Pokémon." So I got Ruby I chose Treecko as my starter (even then I was drawn to the Grass type as you'll soon find out) and his backup was Tentacool (both soon evolved). I dominated the Champion Steven. Unfortunately, I FAILED to catch Groudon as I didn't save before trying (I was NEW!). In this game, I collected Magikarp and gave them funny nicknames like FISHY FLOP and TOASTONRYE. I also collected Tropius, Mawile, and Girafarig. After Pokémon Ruby there was Pokémon Emerald. I couldn't decide which starter, so I borrowed another Game Boy and traded starters with Ruby, restarted the game, and traded back to get all three starters! I beat Champion Wallace and competed at the Battle Frontier. I ended up getting the Luck Symbol but that's all. I caught Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza and the other non-event legendaries. After this, I got Pokémon LeafGreen. I chose Squirtle. With Blastoise and his backups, Sandslash and Kabutops. We dominated Mud(rival) and explored the Sevii Islands. I caught the Legendary Birds plus Mewtwo. Then came my most epic encounter with Pokémon: Pokémon Pearl. I had been anticipating the release of Generation IV forever! I got Pokémon Pearl the day it came out. I chose Piplup and loved every minute I played this game. I caught Palkia and got a ton more legendaries via migration including the Lugia from Pokémon XD. I actually fairly (without Action Replay) completed the National Pokédex except for Cyndaquil, Quilava, Typhlosion, Lunatone, Latias, and Jirachi. Seriously! Around this time I got a Wii with Pokémon Battle Revolution and copy my Pokémon from Pearl. But a tragic thing happened. IT GOT ERASED! My friend (not the same one that I talked about before) had Action Replay and I used it sometimes for walk through walls and stuff (NOT FOR CAPTURING POKÉMON) But then there was a scuffle with the union room and my game got stuck so I had to restart it. At least I still have most of my Pokémon preserved on Battle Revolution! (Yay, silver lining!) Anyway, I started over and chose Chimchar. My friend felt terrible and gave me his spare Pearl game loaded with strong Pokémon for me to use (starter=Turtwig). This made my superteam of Arceus, Tangrowth, Lugia, Kyogre, Mew, Mewtwo, and occasionally, an FEAR Rattata. Eventually I got over the loss of my game and led to Pokémon HeartGold. It was my first game ever that I pre-ordered. I chose Totodile and used a Togekiss and Butterfree as backup. The Togekiss I got from the Mystery Egg at the beginning of the game. The Butterfree I caught as a Caterpie on Level 3 and raised it to Level 88 via Pokéwalker. I beat Lance + Red and have currently caught every legendary. So those are all my games. I have pre-ordered Pokémon Black and am going to get it when it comes out (starter=Snivy). I am working on a new team on my HeartGold game.
GTS Madness
I LOVE the GTS! I have gotten so many foreign Pokemon off of there in my old Pearl game and my HeartGold game. It's awesome!!! You should try it if you don't already. I really feel sorry for people who play Pokémon who don't have Wi-Fi.
Spin-off Games
My first spin-off games were Pokémon Ranger and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team. In Mystery Dungeon, I turned into Torchic with Totodile as my partner. In Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time I was a Bulbasaur with Chimchar. In Shadows of Almia, I had Starly but got all the other partners and now use Pachirisu more often. I don't really want to go into as much detail into this as I did before so that's it. I also got Pokémon Ranger Guardian Signs for mah 14th birthday and have got a Browser Complete with S Rank for every Pokémon except for Ambipom and Tyranitar. I am currently working on the multiplayer missions in the past and have convinced my friend to get it as well. I also have Pokémon Rumble and have beaten Advanced Mode and am working on EX Mode. I got Poképark Wii for Christmas and have completed it to its entirety. I aslo got My Pokémon Ranch recently but am not very far in it.
My Encounters with Shinys!
So, here is what happened. In my Pokémon Ruby game, I was on Route 114 when I encountered a shiny wild Zangoose. I did not know about shiny Pokemon at the time (I was still learning, remember) and I thought 'hey this is strange I better catch it' but then I fainted it by accident. I didn't think much of it until I told my friend about it and he told me about shinys. So I was unlucky. BUT! In Pokemon LeafGreen, I was walking in Mt. Ember and came across a shiny Slugma! I didn't want to risk fainting it like Zangoose but I only had 1 Ultra Ball. So I risked it. And... CAUGHT IT!!! I evolved it into Magcargo. The next shinys I got were two shiny Pichus which are event Pichus I got at Gamestop for both my Pearl games. And of course the red Gyarados in HeartGold. My most recent shiny are three each of the legendary beasts from Gamestop. Now I am working on using Masuda's method to get a shiny Lickitung with a German Lickitung I got off the GTS and evolving it into Lickilicky.
Team Forest
Team Forest is awesome! My friend made it on January 17th, 2009. There are 7 members but there are 6 pending members. We have an awesome website for Team Forest and we work hard on it. And it's awesome!!! The address is http://teamforest.wordpress.com/ Anyone can get in Team Forest but it's not popular yet, if you want to get in all you need are strong Pokémon and a wi-fi connection. Then, comment on our website saying a little bit about yourself: your favorite Pokémon, your favorite type (like fire, ice, electric, etc) and which of your Pokémon that you use in your main team, and give us your e-mail. Then we can set up a time and date to battle. If you do good enough against me or the Team Forest Boss, you will become a member of Team Forest! Please visit even if you can't join and check it out.
