==Growth and harvest==
==In spin-off games==
===Generation III===
A Salac Berry will mature from a planted seed to a full-grown, fruit-bearing tree in 96 hours, with 24 hours per stage. A Salac tree will yield 1-2 berries.

===Generation IV===
===Pokémon UNITE===
A Salac Berry will mature from a planted seed to a full-grown, fruit-bearing tree in 96 hours, with 24 hours per stage. A Salac tree will yield 1-5 berries.
In {{g|UNITE}}, Salac Berries appear on all of the game's stages except for [[Shivre City]]. Typically, they appear closer to the center of the map than to the base of each team. Eating a Salac Berry increases the movement speed of the player's Pokemon for a certain duration. Salac Berries respawn after being used when a certain amount of time has passed.

==Trivia==
At 100% performance, a Salac Berry can produce a Level 39 (maybe higher) Sour-Sweet Poffin when cooking alone.
===Origin===
The Salac Berry's name may be based on a {{wp|salak}}. Its design may be based on a cactus.

In spin-off games

Pokémon UNITE

In Pokémon UNITE, Salac Berries appear on all of the game's stages except for Shivre City. Typically, they appear closer to the center of the map than to the base of each team. Eating a Salac Berry increases the movement speed of the player's Pokemon for a certain duration. Salac Berries respawn after being used when a certain amount of time has passed.

In Once More into the Unown, Blue used a Salac Berry on his Porygon2 so it could quickly infiltrate R's systems and free his grandfather and Green's parents from their shackles. It later reused the Berry's effect by using Recycle.

Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon arc

In Going Ashore and Neighboring Akala Island, Moon used a Salac Berry on her Rowlet to increase his speed, allowing him to escape from Team Skull.
