Clefairy known as Blockhead Clefairy (Japanese: 鈍間のピッピ Blockhead Pippi) by other Pokémon is Isamu Akai's first Pokémon and Pikachu's cousin. He is stupid, loudmouthed, crass, vulgar, and generally rude. Clefairy often acts selfishly but occasionally shows some redeeming qualities. Mostly he's a trouble maker that wins battles through luck or trickery. Clefairy always has stupid ideas, which enrages Red. Clefairy's character is an opposite of Pikachu's which often causes the two to fight. The attitude of Clefairy also cause it into fighting with Tyrogue, which is very concerned about trainings and battlings.
