These Charizard will be distributed to players who insert a serial code that is sent to them after clicking the Pokémon Event Hall option in the Kid's World section of Olleh TV's official website. Players will be able to watch the video from April 11 to 30, 2014. The serial codes can be used to obtain a Charizard from April 11 to May 31, 2014. Players of Pokémon X will receive a Charizard holding a Charizardite Y and players of Pokémon Y will receive a Charizard holding a Charizardite X.

These Pokémon were distributed to players who inserted a serial code that was inside select copies of Pokémon X and Y at Walmart stores. Serial codes for Scizor were inside Pokémon Y and serial codes for Garchomp were inside Pokémon X. The serial codes work for both Pokémon X and Y, regardless of the game purchased.
