Guillotine (Japanese: ハサミギロチン Scissors Guillotine) is a very inaccurate Normal-type one-hit KO move introduced in Generation I. Template:Project MoveDex autoarticle notice
Effect
Generation I
Guillotine does damage equal to the opponent's current HP. Guillotine will break a Substitute on contact, and can be countered for infinite damage on the turn it breaks a Substitute.
Guillotine will not affect an opponent whose current speed is greater than the user's current speed.
