The Boltevoir deck is one of the four 2010 World Championships decks. It is built by the Masters Division finalist Michael Pramawat and predominantly features and .
Strategy
The strategy that took Michael Pramawat to a second place finish at the 2010 World Championships was to set up Gardevoir using Spiritomb and continuously use Gardevoir's attack 'Psychic Lock' to lock down the opponent and stop them from using key effects on their cards to win the game. To set up the deck used a thin Claydol line however the deck could reliably set this up with Spiritomb and in addition the deck was able to function without Claydol due to Gardevoir's Telepass Poké-Power.
