Abyssal Ruins (Japanese: 海底遺跡 Undersea Ruins) is an underwater path in the east of Unova, accessed through the use of Dive outside of battle. It is east of Undella Town in Undella Bay. It is the only way to gain the Plates in the Unova region. There are four floors and no wild Pokémon or Trainers.
Each time the player enters the ruins, he or she is only allowed to take about 500 steps until being kicked out and sent back to the water's surface.
