(Japanese: 海辺のポケモンスクール! The Beach Pokémon School!) is the 167th episode of the Diamond & Pearl series, and the 633rd episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on March 11, 2010.
Synopsis
Template:Incomplete synopsis With Ash's battle at Sunyshore Gym postponed, the gang are now headed to Valor Lakefront so Dawn can participate in the Grand Festival. However, this too is interrupted when the gang meet Johanna, who asks Dawn and the others if they can help out at a coastal Pokémon school as she is filling in for Nurse Joy as a judge at the upcoming Tonarino Town Contest. While Piplup finds himself on the receiving end of the students' attention, Dawn decides to take the opportunity to try some new contest combinations to help her in the Grand Festival. Meanwhile Jessie also has her sights set on the Festival as she competes for her fourth ribbon in the Tonarino Town Contest...

- This is the first episode to feature all of Ash, Dawn and Brock's Pokémon on hand since Uncrushing Defeat!, almost thirty-five episodes ago.
- In this moment, Staraptor is shown to be released along with Brock's Pokémon, while the rest of Ash's came after. It is unknown if this was an error, however it should be noted that all the Pokémon were released in groups of four.
- Music from Pikachu's Rescue Adventure, Spell of the Unown, Jirachi Wish Maker, and Destiny Deoxys is played during this episode.
Errors
- After Ash returns his Gible to his Poké Ball, Gible reappeared again behind him during the next scene and disappeared again afterward.
