Effect
When the user successfully changes the weather of the battlefield to sunny, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from User Sets Sunny W: Free Move Next 1 to User Sets Sunny W: Free Move Next 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. User Sets Sunny W: Free Move Next 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. Currently, only User Sets Sunny W: Free Move Next 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
