Town

When the player first arrives in town, the PC is automatically available for use as Celio and Bill connect the Network Machine to Bill's Pokémon Storage System.

The town is initially invaded by the Kanto Rider Federation, a gang of Bikers from Kanto. After they are defeated, the player can continue their mission to rescue Lostelle.

Demographics

Three Island has a population of 15, excluding the Pokémon Center lady and the Poké Mart's clerk. This makes it the largest settlement in the Sevii Islands.

Nickname

The signpost in Three Island's town suggests that the island is also known as Kin Island (Japanese: おやこしま Family Island) due to it containing a larger island that connects to a smaller island.

The term "kin" refers to the concept of family and the relationships between its members. The Japanese term 親子 parent-and-child also alludes to family.
