Plot
- Summer
Deep within a forest, beneath the glow of the moon, a Cubone mourns for its mother. Suddenly, some mushrooms start glowing in the moonlight. Cubone gets startled by some spores from the mushroom, and noticing a glow coming from far away, starts making its way there. Emerging into a clearing, it runs into a Snorlax. Cubone gets scared by Snorlax's huge size, but Snorlax is just focused on eating the mushrooms. Snorlax then lays down to rest, and Cubone gazes at it in awe from behind a rock.
- Fall
Cubone is still following Snorlax from afar, as Snorlax eats a lot of fruit and berries. Its belly full, it lays down to sleep again. Cubone warily approaches Snorlax and prods it with its bone. However, as Snorlax shifts in its sleep, Cubone is startled and runs away. Its bone ends up on top of Snorlax's belly. As Cubone climbs on top of Snorlax to retrive the bone, it gets bounced into the air due to Snorlax's heavy breathing. It tires itself out due to having fun while bouncing and falls asleep atop Snorlax's belly. Snorlax is later awoken from its sleep and noticing Cubone, smiles and goes back to sleep.
- Winter
Cubone is walking around in the snow, and noticing Snorlax's footprints, starts happily following them. It gets dejected after losing track of Snorlax near a huge mound of snow. Suddenly, Snorlax emerges from the mound of snow. Some snow falls on Cubone's head, which makes it happy. Snorlax and Cubone have fun together, with Cubone bouncing on Snorlax's belly again, rolling snow together, and having some fruits for a meal. At night, Snorlax and Cubone look at an aurora in the sky. Noticing Cubone shivering, Snorlax holds it closer for warmth, making Cubone hug it in happiness.
- Spring
Snorlax wakes up in a flowery clearing in the forest. A gust of wind blows some flowers around them, which makes Cubone excited. As Snorlax tries to get up, Cubone dances excitedly, but Snorlax falls down. As it sits back up, it notices Cubone bringing some fruits. Snorlax pats Cubone's head and Cubone happily climbs onto Snorlax's shoulder. They both look at the sunrise. Grateful to have Snorlax, Cubone hugs it with tears of joy.
