Seeing as Tucker's Pokemon made one appearance, should we put "Questionable notability"? It only appeared in one episode... ht14 20:06, 4 January 2009 (UTC)

...But it belonged to a Gym Leader. A Gym Leader's main Pokémon is automatically notable. - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talkcontribs) 20:12, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
Explain why there's no Tate and Liza's Pokemon. ht14 20:13, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
We haven't yet decided who gets the article, Solrock or Lunatone. Jmath 20:14, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
Tate and Liza's Solrock and Lunatone! The Dark Fiddler - Nos hablamos? 20:15, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
Combine them. One articleDCM((曲奇饼妖怪Spy on My Edits)) 20:16, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
But wasn't there an issue before regarding notability if it appeared in one ep only? ht14 20:17, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
Gym Leaders get one pokemon article.DCM((曲奇饼妖怪Spy on My Edits)) 20:19, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
Only for their main ones. Jmath 20:20, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
Alright then... ht14 20:21, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
Yup. There should be some sort of rule regarding this. I found a talk page talking about the SAME thing... Talk:Falkner's Pidgeot Possibly a few more too. That way there won't be a need for any more discussion about this... ht14 20:24, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
And I ended up making both of the pages. Jmath 20:25, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
There has been some discussion in the past as to what constitutes notability. I personally believe that the main Pokémon of a gym leader/E4/frontier brain should only get an article if they did more than simply battle. I'm protecting the article until we come to a consensus. --PAK Man Talk 20:30, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
So are we going to delete all of the other one time Gym Leader Pokémon as well? What is the big deal about a Gym Leader having an article on just one of their Pokémon. It's not hurting anything. --ケンジガール 20:34, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
I believe that these are the rules for notability, I have seen various discussions going on about this lately and I would like to clarify what the real rules are:

Ash, Misty, Brock, Tracey, May, Max, Dawn. If they catch something, it's notable.

Any real Pokémon, Move, Glitch Pokémon, Ability, Location, Song, Episode, COD, Manga, Game, recurring character or Special Chapter is automatically notable.

The userspace is notable (as is the User talk space)

Templates are all notable if they relate to pokémon.

Each Gym Leader, Elite Four, Frontier Brain or Rival gets a page on their most notable Pokémon (that means: Brock (Onix), Misty (Psyduck), Lt. Surge (Raichu), Erika (Gloom), Sabrina (Kadabra), Koga (Venomoth), Blaine (Magmar), Giovanni (Persian), Lorelei (Cloyster), Bruno (Onix), Agatha (Gengar), Lance (Dragonite) (Gyarados), Gary (Blastoise), Falkner (Pidgeot), Bugsy (Scyther), Whitney (Miltank), Morty (Gengar), Chuck (Machoke), Jasmine (Ampharos), Pryce (Piloswine), Clair (Dragonair), Will (Xatu), Karen (Umbreon), Roxanne (Nosepass), Brawly (Hariyama), Wattson (Manectric), Flannery (Torkoal), Norman (Slaking), Winona (Swellow), Tate and Liza (Lunatone and Solrock), Juan (Milotic), Wallace (Milotic), Sidney (Absol), Phoebe (Dusclops), Glacia (Glalie), Drake (Dragonite), Steven (Aggron), Noland (Articuno), Tucker (Arcanine and Swampert), Greta (Medicham), Spenser (Venusaur), Anabel (Alakazam), Brandon (Regirock, Registeel and Regice), Lucy (Seviper), Roark (Rampardos), Gardenia (Turtwig), Maylene (Lucario), Crasher Wake (Floatzel), Fantina (Drifblim), Byron (Bastiodon), Candice (Abomasnow), Volkner (Electivire), Aaron (Beautifly), Bertha (Rhyperior), Flint (Magmortar), Lucian (Bronzong), Cynthia (Garchomp), Thorton ([[(Pokémon)|]]), Palmer (Dragonite), Argenta ([[(Pokémon)|]]), Darach (Houndoom), Dahlia (Ludicolo), Barry (Empoleon).

Any trainer class is notable
