Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target while the MP for the user's Trainer moves are zero, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. The skill can range from T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Special Boost ↑2 1 to T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Special Boost ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Special Boost ↑2 9 will always increase the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. Currently, only T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Special Boost ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
