In Japan, this card was released as a Holofoil S-P Promotional card in the Forest of Okoya Celebi & Zarude Special Advance Ticket 7-Eleven Set. This print features the Japanese Secrets of the Jungle movie logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.

Origin

The illustration depicts Pikachu half-swallowed by a Cramorant, similar to the latter's Gorging Form. Thunderbolt is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn.
