Passive Skill Raises the user's Defense by [X] stat rank(s) when its move is successful.

Shielding Strikes (Japanese: 技後防御アップ Defense Boost After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

The Pokémon's Defense increases by one stat rank per skill rank when the sync pair successfully uses a move. The skill applies to the Trainer's moves and the Pokémon's moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
