Rocket Execs Assemble (Japanese: 集結　ロケット団幹部) was a villain event in Pokémon Masters EX. It tied into the first part of the Johto chapter of the Villain Arc, featuring battles against the Team Rocket executives. It was one of the Johto villain events, the other being Team Rocket Attacks.

During this event, players could earn vouchers from battles against Petrel that could be redeemed in the shop for rewards, including Legendary Spirits that could be used to raise Silver & Ho-Oh to 6★ EX. Obtaining 2,000 vouchers would reward players with a medal. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.

This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills, earning medals and other rewards.

All sync pairs with the Johto and Kanto theme skills received a bonus to their Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats when used for this event, with the amount of the bonus varying between areas.

First run

The event first ran from May 19 to June 16, 2022. The "Sygna Suit Giovanni Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Sygna Suit Giovanni & Nidoking for the duration of the event. In addition, Silver & Ho-Oh received their EX style in conjunction with the event.

In this run, players could earn Event Vouchers C from battles. Event missions rewarded players with Gems and Battle Points for completing any of these battles a certain number of times, and the Battle Challenge mission rewards included a Tech and a Support Move Candy Coin.

Additionally, the music and artwork on the title screen were different than usual. For the duration of the event, the title screen art depicted Sygna Suit Giovanni & Nidoking alongside Archer, Ariana, Petrel, and Proton, and the background music wasDecisive Battle! (Giovanni) (Pokémon Masters EX Version). From May 30 to June 16, 2022, a splash screen depicting Sygna Suit Ethan & Lugia, Sygna Suit Kris & Suicune, and Sygna Suit Lyra & Celebi appeared upon starting up the game.

Second run

The event reran from December 7, 2022 to January 1, 2023. The 5★-Guaranteed Johto Special Scout, which could only be used with paid gems, allowed players to recruit exclusively Johto sync pairs for the duration of the event.

In this run, players could earn Event Vouchers N from battles, and the mission rewards were changed to only award Gems and medals.

If the player had already raised Silver & Ho-Oh to 6★ EX, they could not do anything with his custom Legendary Spirits; so, an exchange was included in the shop to revert the Legendary Spirits back into Event Vouchers N. Performing this exchange counted as obtaining more Event Vouchers N for the purposes of Mission 7.

Third run

The event reran again from August 16 to 28, 2023. The "Sygna Suit Kris Master Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Sygna Suit Kris & Suicune from the beginning of the event to September 15, 2023.

In this run, players could earn Event Vouchers D from battles, and the amount of vouchers received as completion rewards was increased drastically. Everything else was the same as the previous run.
