Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target while the weather on the field is rainy, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. The skill can range from Rainy Hit: Special Boost ↑2 1 to Rainy Hit: Special Boost ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Rainy Hit: Special Boost ↑2 9 will always increase the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. Currently, only Rainy Hit: Special Boost ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
