A wooden replica of the Pokéshi Doll has been manufactured by Usaburo Kokeshi and released exclusively to the Pokémon Center.

After completing Request 18: “Please! Make me a Pokéshi Doll!”, a Pokéshi Doll will appear in the player's living quarters near the window.
The Pokéshi Doll resembles the Poké Doll, an item used to escape a battle with a wild Pokémon.
"Pokéshi" is a portmanteau of the words "Pokémon" and "kokeshi"; the latter being a traditional Japanese toy (doll) and art craft the Pokéshi doll appears to have been designed after.
- As such, it is basically the ancient counterpart to the Poké Doll which looks like a modern plush doll (despite the fact that it does not have the same function).
