Release information

This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret Rainbow Rare in the Chilling Reign expansion, first released in the Japanese Silver Lance expansion. The Regular print features artwork by take, while the Full Art and Rainbow Rare prints feature artwork by Taira Akitsu. The Chilling Reign Regular print was reprinted, alongside a Full Art Secret card with artwork by nagimiso, in the Japanese VMAX Climax subset. The Chilling Reign Regular print was reprinted again in the Japanese Start Deck 100. The VMAX Climax Full Art Secret print was later included in the Astral Radiance expansion.

Melony is a Gym Leader in Galar. The interior of Circhester Stadium as it appears in Pokémon Shield is featured in the Chilling Reign Regular print's illustration.
