Mega Crystals (Japanese: メガ結晶 Mega Crystals) are a form of interactable object in Pokémon Legends: Z-A that appear as pink crystals sticking out of a rocky base.

They can be targeted by the user, and can be destroyed using any damaging move. Upon destruction, they drop Mega Shards. Having any Pink Canari Plush in the inventory will yield more Mega Shards. They appear periodically across Lumiose City on the ground, walls, roofs, chimneys and such, as a byproduct of the Mega Power that is let loose by the reactivated Ange, much like Rogue Mega Evolution.

At least one Mega Crystal has to be destroyed to progress in the game, this being the Mega Crystal that has grown beneath the ladder right besides Hotel Z, this also being the only one in that game that will not reappear after being destroyed. In the Mega Dimension DLC, Mega Crystal clusters in hyperspace occasionally impede paths and must be broken to pass through, similar to obstructions.
