Lileep is an ancient Pokémon that was regenerated from a fossil. It remains permanently anchored to a rock. From its immobile perch, this Pokémon intently scans for prey with its two eyes.

Release information

This card is one of the 46 cards first released in September 2003 in the English EX Sandstorm expansion before the release of their Japanese prints. The Japanese print was later released on October 24 in the Magma VS Aqua: Two Ambitions expansion.

Trivia

Origin

Amnesia and Headbutt are both moves in the Pokémon games that Lileep can learn, the latter via Move Tutor in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. This card's e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sapphire.
