Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent while the weather on the field is rainy, it has a chance of increasing the user's Sp. Atk by one stat rank. Currently, only Inclement Intellect 6 is available on scoutable sync pairs, providing a 70% chance of raising the user's Sp. Atk. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
