Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target that has their Type Rebuff for any type lowered by any amount, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Hit Rebuff ↓ Opp: Free Move Next 1 to Hit Rebuff ↓ Opp: Free Move Next 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. Hit Rebuff ↓ Opp: Free Move Next 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
