Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target that is poisoned or badly poisoned, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank. The skill can range from Hit Poisoned Opp: Special Boost ↑1 1 to Hit Poisoned Opp: Special Boost ↑1 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Poisoned Opp: Special Boost ↑1 9 will always increase the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
