Effect

When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is paralyzed, it has a chance of lowering the target's Defense by one stat rank. The skill can range from Hit Paralyzed Opp: Defense ↓ 1 to Hit Paralyzed Opp: Defense ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Paralyzed Opp: Defense ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Defense. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
