Eterna Condominiums (Japanese: ハクタイマンション Hakutai Apartments) is a building in Eterna City in Sinnoh.

Areas of interest

Once inside, the old man immediately on the left is the Name Rater, who will nickname the player's Pokémon.

At the top left corner of the room is a boy who will trade his Chatot for a Buizel.

There is also the Superintendent on this level. During certain times at night, the Superintendent will say, "I am this building's Superintendent, offering 24—Zzzz...," noting that he is falling asleep, possibly attempting to say "...offering 24-hour assistance," before he falls asleep.

In front of the stairs is a little girl who talks about Gardenia going to the Eterna Forest.

There is also an old woman standing by a sink who gives away TM67 (Recycle). Across the room from her is an old man who explains how the move Recycle works.

In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, the people on this floor talk about traps and flags in the Underground, and trading Berries for Accessories. In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, they talk about the Grand Underground and using Stickers in Pokémon Super Contests.

This floor is purely informational to new Trainers.
