Effect

When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target while the remaining MP for its buddy move is zero, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank. The skill can range from B-Move MP 0 & Non-B-Move Hit: Special Boost ↑1 1 to B-Move MP 0 & Non-B-Move Hit: Special Boost ↑1 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. B-Move MP 0 & Non-B-Move Hit: Special Boost ↑1 9 will always increase the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect. Currently, only B-Move MP 0 & Non-B-Move Hit: Special Boost ↑1 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, excluding buddy moves, sync moves, and max moves.
