Effect
When a Pokémon on the allied side successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is flinching, it has a chance of increasing its Sync Move ↑ Next effect by two ranks. The skill can range from Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Sync Move Boost ↑2 1 to Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Sync Move Boost ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Sync Move Boost ↑2 9 will always raise the ally's Sync Move ↑ Next effect by two ranks. Currently, only Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Sync Move Boost ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
