Effect
When a Pokémon on the allied side successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is flinching, it has a chance of increasing its Physical Moves ↑ Next effect and Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank each. The skill can range from Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 1 to Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 9 will always raise the ally's Physical Moves ↑ Next effect and Special Moves ↑ Next effect. Currently, only Ally Hits Flinching Opp: Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
