Effect
The damage the user takes from Water-type moves, including buddy moves, is reduced by 30%. It does not reduce damage from sync moves or max moves. Additionally, the Pokémon recovers HP when it takes an action while the weather on the battlefield is rainy. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack and status moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
