Slow Windup (Japanese: 素早さダウン時威力↑Power Boost During Speed Reduction) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Speed is lowered by the user, an ally, or an opponent, the user's moves are boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. Currently, only Slow Windup 1 is available, which provides a 10% power boost to the user's moves. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
