Restraining Countdown (Japanese: 交代禁止相手攻撃時ＢＣ加速Buddy Countdown Acceleration During Attack When Opponent is Restrained) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target that is restrained, the user's sync move countdown has a chance of being lowered by one. Currently, only Restraining Countdown 1 is available on scoutable sync pairs, which provides a 20% chance of lowering the sync move countdown after a successful attack. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
