Effect
The first time the user successfully lands an attack move on an opponent, the user's Physical Moves ↑ Next effect and Special Moves ↑ Next effect will be increased by one rank each per skill rank. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
